You are correct, there is no difference. Only the marketing & branding. Regular Benefiber defines a serving as 2 teaspoons = 3g fiber. Healthy Shape defines a serving as a "rounded tablespoon" = 5g fiber. The ingredients listed are exactly the same. I bought it because I like the small handy size which will fit in my cabinet shelves.
