The defects that are covered under this warranty are limited to: o Defective construction o Faulty joints & springs o Termites or Borer infestations, only if reported within 7 days of delivery. We undertake to exchange or repair the product - provided the same is reviewed, verified and confirmed as a manufacturing defect by our Quality control team.
