Good Dust Protection during construction
Works as advertised to keep dust out of adjacent rooms during construction. Has been up for over 1.5 months and held up well. Definitely worth it.

Best thing since sliced bread
Purchased this to provide a dust/debris barrier and provide repetitive, long term access to a master bathroom reno. This has been essential for keeping the room clean while all manner of heavy dust and debris filled the reno workspace. The plastic sheeting is very thick and durable as are the zippers. This thing has really took a beating as well as many, many zips/unzips and performed perfectly.Note that the included two sided tape is useless so don't waste your time. In my case I simply with a staple gun, stapled the plastic edges to the adjoining walls - I put also small squares of cardboard between the staples and surfaces of the plastic sheeting to prevent tearing. I also pinned the tops of the sheeting to the ceiling with extension poles - the same could of been done less elegantly with 2x4s.This was hands down the best $38 I spent on an expensive bathroom reno.

Exactly as advertised (rated: Worth It!)
Replacing carpet in Master bedroom with hardwood. "Sandless dusting" is anything but!Thankfully the Zipwall worked as promised. Went up easy with double sided tape. Zipper installed allowed access, but kept all that dust out. Kept my cats out too, which is huge! Imagine stained footprints everywhere else in the house!Pros: kept out the dust!Prevented workers from accessing the rest of the house (can hear zipper!)Kept cats and dog from stepping in stain!Easy (really easy!) to put up.Cons: cats will still push under plastic (so add some barriers)

Works as expected
Doing a room renovation which includes a lot of drywall sanding and painting. This has kept the dust and fumes to a minimum in the rest of the house. The only con at first was the two sided tape. It requires and very clean surface to adhere properly. So make sure the mating surface is clean and free of debris

Very sturdy
I used this to cordon off part of my house as a quarantine measure, not for construction, but I was none the less impressed. The plastic is strong, the zippers are sturdy. I used the double stick tape provided, around the edge of the door trim. It’s very strong and I fear I will have a mess when I remove it. But the trim could use painting anyway so I’m not too concerned. I would not trust the tape long term on the wall. It’s very strong. If I use this again for construction I would probably raise it up in the doorway so that the bottom just touches the floor a little bit, rather than a foot of plastic lying on the floor ( see picture) but for my purposes it didn’t matter. If you taped the side edges down to the floor for even better dust sealing , I think you could still go in and out using just one zipper. If you had to take things in and out you might zip up both zippers. If your doorway is wider than the plastic you would have to work something out with adding plastic to the sides. Mine is just over 4 feet and there is extra plastic. In all this works great.

A must for single room remodels
This is the second time I've used one of these when remodeling just one room in my house. This plastic barrier fits over any standard doorway and helps contain dirt and dust within the room you're working on. The install is a breeze and the barrier contains a zipper opening which can be rolled up and easily allows you to go in and out of the room. You can also bring supplies (drywall, lumber, etc) through it. This barrier earns its money when you're sanding drywall for its dust containment. Don't wreck your house without one!

Ease of installation.
Went up easy and stayed up. I did use duct tape to secure the hooks. They need a better fix rather than poking a hole through the plastic.

Decent - not great - the tape is excrement
Install this today. Can’t say anything about longevity, but the zippers look decent. The included tape is useless as it does not stick to poly 🙄
