I almost never write reviews, but this product deserves a good review. I think you will quickly notice favorable changes in your digestive system soon after you begin taking this probiotic. The good microbes in folks' guts varies by person -- so what works for some/many/most won't necessarily work for everyone. In our household, this product was of minimal benefit.Those with normal bowel function had no change.Those with constipation had noticeably better transit.Those with loose stool had no change.Those with average flatulence had a marked increase in flatulence.Those with above average flatulence had a marked increase in flatulence.Energy levels were unchanged.As with other products of this sort, it's important to take it on an empty stomach -- but even if you do that, have a reasonable diet, and are well-hydrated, you may find this particular product isn't worthwhile. I don't regret giving it a go, but for us it wasn't worthwhile.

While the customer service of Nutracraft is excellent, this product was disappointing and did not bring the relief it advertised. There was some digestive support but not substantial and I will returning to my previous but unfortunately rather more expensive probiotics.
