Harvil Portable and Retractable Table Tennis Net Set to-Go with Free Balls, Rackets, and Mesh Bag

We don't have the space for a full size ping pong table, but my kids have always been intrigued so I bought this to appease them, and so that my husband and I can play after the kids go to bed! It exceeded my expectations for the price. It comes with a 6 foot retractable net that fit my custom built 2 inch depth table, two paddles, three balls and a convenient black mesh carry bag for when it's not being used. I was VERY impressed with the quality of the net, and the sturdiness of the brightly colored plastic. I had no issues with the paddles-- while they aren't the plushes paddles, they do the job well and I didn't have any bubbles in mine like other reviewers have mentioned. While the three balls work, I would purchase actual ping pong balls to really take the game to the next level. The three that come with it have an odd coating to them and the balls don't seem to have the bounce of normal balls. Other than that, it's definitely a 5 star product.

I purchased 2 of these for family and a rented vacation house. The net is very clever in it’s design, and it works well on full sized table tennis tables as well as most dinner tables less than an 2 inches thick. It takes 30 seconds at most to set up.The paddles that came with it are very poor quality, with bubbles where air is trapped between the rubber and the wood of the paddle. You can press the bubbles flat, but they return eventually. The balls are also lop-sided. Still, the net alone makes it worth the purchase, and the rest is just a mediocre bonus.

Exactly what the kids wanted. I had the nerf set as a kid and couldn't find it available anymore, thankfully, because this is so much better! Fits our kitchen table and is sturdy and seems to be well made. The clamps on the net posts have a soft non-marring finish. It seems both posts have spring retraction, so they both take in the net for storage (double the life, I suppose!). The balls seem to not bounce as true as you might anticipate(could be the kitchen table is a non-standard-ping-pong-surface though too, so not too critical of it).

One of the paddles broke the first time we used it, and the plastic on one of the net supports looks like it will crack the next time I use it. I bought two like this from a different manufacturer, and they worked great. This one was a few dollars cheaper and the colors are nice, so I bought this one to add another table so we can have three matches going on at a time. The company that made this saw my comments and sent me a replacement, and it worked great. You can get a "lemon" with anything, and this company stood behind the product and made it right. I would purchase this again, knowing that they stand behind their product

One of the bats was bubbled and with peeled off rubber. Returned it immediately.Changing it from 1-star to 5 as the team contacted me out of the norm and resolved the issue I had. The new package worked as intended and my kids love it.

Love the idea of clip on net, however, both balls and paddles are bad quality products. The ball doesn't have enough bounce and the paddle is not thick enough.

So I initially bought this as a gag to make fun of a work colleague’s new conference table that looked suspiciously like a ping pong table. Then I tried it out on our own area’s conference table. Guess what? This is a really nice, high quality set at a great price. A few colleagues and I had so much fun I knew there was no way I was losing it to some gag. I’ve wound up keeping it to use at home and on trips for the family to set up a fun game on the road.

The net clipped well onto the sides of a standard dining hall table at church and we had instant ping-pong.

I really like the idea to turn my extra dinning table into a table tennis table. There are bubbles on the pads, but with the price you can't expect too much. Plus my daughter loves playing it instead of watching iPad , so I'm happy with it.

Item arrived defective, paddles rubber was not glued properly showing bubbles on both sides. Item returned pending refund. Waste of time.

Net works well - similar/same as a lot of the other retractable clamping nets offered by other brands. Racquets seem solid but they are heavy. Balls are cheap and do not have nearly as good a bounce as quality balls.

Paddles were all bubbled up.We bought theses for our nephews and actually went to the store to buy new paddles because of the cheap quality of the ones provided with the kit.

This item worked perfectly on our son's dining table. The children loved it--so did all the adults. Excellent item--no marks on table.
