Within a couple of weeks of using this product, the cap broke making it no longer possible to seal the product. The cap's plastic screw piece snapped off where it was attached to the main part of the cap, with no pressure applied. Manufacturing deficiency on the cap. The tube of gel can no longer be properly sealed.Update - I am changing my review to a positive one. The company saw my review online and reached out to me to apologize and send me a replacement product, which I have received. I have been using the product on a MOHS surgery scar across my cheek, and the results are significant. The scar is fading well, and the scar tissue is minimal. I am pleased with the results, and would recommend. I also give big props to their customer service team for being pro-active to resolve the issue with the previous product.

I have used this cream for a month after MOHS surgery on the top of my hand, and it has done a wonderful job of smoothing the scar, reducing the redness, and erasing the rough edges. It is not sticky, soaks in fast, and a little goes a long way. I’m also using it on older burn scars, and it is quickly taking the red out.I’ve recommended this cream to several family members and friends.

According to my plastic surgeon, the only thing that will reduce scarring is massage to break up the scar tissue. Any kind of oil or most lotions would be able to be massaged into the skin longer than this product.

I have had multiple melanomas removed. They have all been stage 0, thankfully, but two have been in locations where there wasn't enough tissue to close the wound. In that case I have to care for the big hole for two months until it closes up. It leaves quite the scar. Already this product has reduced the redness, even though I've only used it for a week or two. I think it's a good product and it's much better than the silicone sheets because they always roll up and fall off.

Liked ease of use and good value for money

I've had multiple surgeries and in turn tried a lot of products but this one by far is superior. Not only is it helping my scar diminish a little bit but its great relief for the itching that comes with the scar. I was scratching so bad my leg was turning red but applied this and within 10 minutes the itching was gone. Just buy this product you'll be amazed.

It comes out as a white cream, but absorbs smoothly into skin. I just started using it, so it will take time to see the results. I have extremely sensitive skin and I have not had any negative reactions to ScarMin. It is also easy to use. I had a previous product that had a ball as an applicator and it was difficult to massage the product onto the scar. ScarMin comes directly out of the tube, which is much more practical. So i have some pretty decent sized scars on my arm n I've been trying to get rid of them for months. I've tried three other creams before this but lemme tell you... this stuff is AMAZING! after jusr two used I already saw an improvement. It has turned my once purple scars into much lighter pink, almost skin colored scads n I've only used it 10x or so. I know the price seems steep, but it us oh so worth it if u want your scars to look better.
