20 ducks eat at once
I wondered whether or not I'd need two, but I can feed 20 ducks at a time. I feed twice a day so I don't really use its full capacity. It's a little tight but they all seem to get as much as they need. The dividers are moderately good at minimizing spillage, but the ducks clean up whatever is left. Crumbles don't spill as much as dust, which isn't what you want in feed anyway. The lack of a lid is not a problem as I don't leave it out in the weather.

Easy peasey way to feed and refill feed for chicks
I wish it had a cover or cone on top. It really should have an umbrella type top. One that kerps out critters and dust.

Accessible to young chicks
Very versatile feeder. I have chickens and chicks in my yard and had trouble with other feeders being unsafe or inaccessible to young chicks. This one solved that problem and I'll be replacing all my feeders with this one.

Suitable with some minor issues.
A bit flimsy and I had to make a lid. Everyone knows you don't leave anything open around a chicken or they'll leave a present in it. It's designed to sit on the ground or hang, but either method leaves it open for a chicken to hop up on. I chose to hang the unit as I didn't want the chickens scratching dirt, etc into the trough. I find that I have to go out daily and shake it to even the feed or it seems to want to run to one side. Not a huge deal but though you should know.

Just what I wanted but it could have come with a lid so water could not get in it.

Great feeders, been using them for years.
Farm Tuff feeders are like their name, farm tough. I have one I've been using for 17 years. I do have to replace them every 5 or so years, or sooner for the waterers, but I have tough poultry who are hard on their gear. So far, the feeder's doing it's job just fine.

This product has never failed me
The product is top-top. Treated normally, it lasts for a long time holding and easily delivering dry feed to my chickens. This is the 4th one I have bought over the last 20 years. None have needed replacing, so far.
