Way, WAY too small!! Unless you are buying it for a small child, don't purchase.
Bought this for my 15 year old and knowing that these can sometimes run small, I ordered her the XXL, and it is still too small. Ridiculous. Unfortunately, there is no time to get her a new costume for Halloween, so I am having it altered and remade, after spending almost $100.00 on this piece of crap. DO NOT RECOMMEND!
