Store away from light and heat. At temperatures below 20oC olive oil could become cloudly, and below 10oC white solid particles start to form. At 20oC the olive oil will become clear again. This has no impact on the quality.

Very nice Olive oil but the use by dates are so short, no wonder it was on offer but no warnings were given before purchasing and the items can not be returned so be warned.
