Finally tallo is considered a healthy option. As with everything you have to use sparingly. Too much of anything on a regular basis is not good unless it's love and kindness. This deep fries everything beautifully. It's rendered down clean. No offense putting smells. I just keep it I. A cool dark place. It's cold in my neck of the woods right now but so I can store it outside of the refrigerator but when it gets warmer I will be storing it in the extra fridge. Good product and best price for the amount you get. Recommend

It smells good, it tastes like clean beef fat, it seems high quality. The grease is reusable. This stuff is way better than vegetable oil. We are very happy to be getting back off the seed oils.

My husband started using this to fry with and not only does it give amazing flavor to whatever you use it for but its so much healthier for you. We are buying this brand from now on.

My great grandmother cooked with tallow and treated my dry skin with it too so I’m trying it now. I love the way it cooks. It seems to get hotter and crisp foods better than any other oil I’ve used. It looks pure white and smells clean with a hint of the gaminess that I expected which doesn’t convey to my food by tainting the taste of my food. My sensitive system gave a green light on this as much as my palate.I have rubbed excess tallow straight onto the top of my chapped hands and it absorbed in remarkably well. I was cooking so it got washed off fairly quickly but the benefits lingered not that I would replace my whipped tallow body cream with the raw (because I’m not trying to make body products) but noteworthy all the same for someone who is. I have very sensitive skin.

I purchased this to try a different fat aside from seed oils which lately have a bad reputation whether deserved or not. I've used it for pan frying things like eggplant (for eggplant parmesan), chicken (same as eggplant) and fish. I also use it for frying up multiple types of eggs like scrambled, over easy, etc.Also great for potatoes of all types.One surprising thing is that I have started to toast bread in my cast iron using this as a fat rather than butter. Bread comes out crunchy on the outside but very fluffy and light on the inside. For a sourdough toast (for example) where you want to taste the sourdough and not butter, this really works well.The only downside is even when pan frying with just a thin layer of melted fat, this tends to smoke at the beginning as the heat comes up, and then the smoke goes away. I figure this is just some impurities but not chemical impurities, just maybe remnants of beef? I have the same result when deeper frying (usually more fat in a cast iron pan, never tried deep fry). If you are using this stovetop, keep your fan going at high speed, especially at the start.

Um wow.I read the reviews, but remained skeptical. I didn’t see how at the extremely competitive price I was going to receive something different than the obviously not pure tallow my grocery store now carries. I was braced for grainy or separation making it clear that it wasn’t 100%.I wasn’t braced for creamy, smooth, white, tallow scented tallow like tallow was before it took off- and that’s what it is.Thank you for a legit product, efficient delivery, and reasonable pricing (which is actually awesome pricing when you realize the amount you’re receiving).

I have used a few 100% grass fed tallow and by far this is the best one. Others claim their tallow is unscented, but after incorporating into my skincare, the smell is obvious. I melted down this tallow and I’m pleasantly happy to report, there is no unpleasant smell. I would highly recommend this vendor to those who love using premium products. Thank you!

I’m no expert when it comes to rendering beef tallow, but I am a very big consumer of it. I’ve tried at least 10+ different brands and this is one of my favorites. It’s very consistent but unfortunately I cannot say the same about the shipping. I have purchased many many buckets of their tallow via Amazon and also directly from their website and too often my package gets hung up in the usps distribution warehouse they use even when I pay extra for fast shipping. My current package has been sitting there for 10 days. And their customer service is lacking.
