Purchased the Tkieio Kochou Cosplay Costume for my teenage son, largely due to his relentless enthusiasm and my inability to say no to his puppy-dog eyes. And, oh boy, the transformation was out of this world!Reality vs Expectation: My son often orders clothes online that end up fitting like they were tailored for a blobfish. But with this costume, he emerged from his room looking like he stepped straight out of a manga, ready to embark on a grand quest (or at least retrieve the remote from across the room).Quality: The fabric's quality is impeccable! It’s as if ancient anime tailors from distant realms gathered under a full moon to craft this masterpiece. The kimono holds up well to teenage antics and even survived the dreaded "room floor test."Accessories: The details are astonishing. With each piece, you can sense the dedication to the character. If the costume had any more depth, it'd have its own character arc.Fit: The size 'S' was spot on. It draped over him just right, highlighting his young adult transition while reminding me that he’s not my little boy anymore (sobs internally).Unintended Benefits: Our neighbor, seeing my son in full Kochou attire, now inquires about the next anime series to binge. My son’s become the local anime guru, it seems.Minor Drawbacks: Our dog is slightly befuddled. He looks at my son like he's expecting him to break into an anime opening song any moment now. On the plus side, my son now has a furry sidekick for his adventures.In Conclusion: Would I recommend the Tkieio Kochou Cosplay Costume for other teens? Without a doubt! It’s the perfect ensemble for any teenager looking to dive into their favorite anime universe or simply up their cool factor in the household. For Halloween I really wanted to cosplay as Rengoku and decided to give amazon a try to see if they may have a decent costume for him. I was worried about not seeing much reviews on this particular costume listing but I can assure anyone who may be worried this isn't garbage. The price for the quality of the costume and how quickly you get it shipping wise is fair.This isn't the best cosplay costume you can buy from Amazon but definitely isn't awful. It does fit comfortable and is pretty true to the size (currently at 5'7", 200 lbs, and size 16W pants). There are some loose threads on the uniform that can be easily trimmed. The button holes will need to be cut a little bit to be able to push the buttons through for the jacket.If you are looking for a decent rengoku costume for the quality of what you pay this isn't bad. :) I'll try to take pictures sometime to add to show the fit.

I bought size S for my son ( 10 years old) , he absolutely love it!!!!! 100 % recommended

Okay so starting off , I purchased this version over others because of the (non existent) detail on the cape ,overall not a bad fit on the pants, material was expected to have a strong oder like most costumes/packaging from China but the top was way too small and the white material on the front looked like two poorly stitched frayed cuts of shoelace. The Kanji on the back was well done for the price I paid, but overall the misleading photo of detail on the cape was the final straw for me so I will be returning and selecting another one for a cheaper price that hopefully used the ACTUAL pics from the product . Didn't try on the belt or the leg wraps .

I just received and tried on the cosplay.1.Falsely advertised: it looks as if it is high quality, it is not. In the pictures it shows the cloak has a pattern in the stitch it does not very cheap.2. As soon as I placed the shirt on the stitching stated to come apart. This was not because of my size.3. The part to tie the cloak ripped as soon as I tried to tie it together.Ultimately for the price do not buy this please fine another. This should be the price it took to make. $20 at the most.

Absolutely wonderful! I took a chance on this costume due to lack of reviews and was a bit nervous about how it would come out and I can gladly say it was more than I expected! The colors are vibrant and nice, the costume fit true to size, it came super fast, and it overall looks great! A few things to note is that the button holes are a little tight so you may have to tear them a little open, be gentle, it’s easiest if you take some scissors put them in the button whole and carefully open the scissors (if that makes sense). If your looking to buy it just do it already, you won’t be disappointed!

I apparently was a little too big for an x-large I should've went a size up, but otherwise was great!

He love it but it was a little tight around the stomach but he still wanna to keep it he was happy with it

Pretty well made costume for the money. Sizing reasonably accurate with the exception of stockings, which are Stockings are as wide around at the ankles as the knee.

Very cheap material, not worth the price. Very small in sizing, stitching is off, it seems like not even scissors were used to cut off ends of material. Collar and detailing of the top are silver not white, colour scheme overall off. Would not recommend, don't understand the high price margin when it's so cheaply made.
