It’s very easy to use and quite comfortable, you don’t even feel it in the belly. The smell is rather interesting but it’s okay because it’s natural herbs so it’s workable and tolerable. I just received it and I’ve only used it twice now. The first time the adhesive patch detached and the ball fell out but the second time I attached another patch above and below it and it stayed on longer.. So I think that the only improvement idea I could offer is if you could expand the patch to a bigger wider patch with a stronger adhesive so it can securely hold the ball in the belly longer. Otherwise it is very affordable and worth the money to give it a try.

Don’t waste money does not work. The only thing it does is leave your belly button sticky. I used it multiple times and nothing ever happened.

FIRST OFF I DIDNT THINK IT WOULD WORK I SAW ON TIKTOK AMD DECIDED TO TRY SINCE IT IS LOW COST. I started out at 198.5 I’ve been using it for about fifteen days or so and I now weigh 187!!!! I can’t believe how well this works The tape adhesive sucks but I don’t mind I don’t use the tape and it stays in place all day lmao It works as a type of detox and appetite suppressant!!!! I have a huge over eating and binging problem this helped me control over eating so much I’m going to keep purchasing I can’t believe this Fr works

I have to return them because like a lot of reviews say the adhesive gave me a rash, I don’t particularly have a sensitive skin but for so many people to go through the same problem tells me they put very toxic ingredients in the adhesive, disappointing for a product that is supposed to be natural. Also half of the patches I received are completely off centered making them unusable.
