It didn't fit my needs... but looks cool and handles standard kryptonite lock.

i tried many things to store my u lock while riding. this is by far the easiest to use and most elegant solution. i got many compliments for it.

Hey, it holds my u-lock and looks cool. I keep it strapped to the top side rail of my rear rack any time I don’t need both panniers. A couple notes: for me at least, the leather straps are longer than they need to be, and since I’ve been loath to cut them down to length, I have had to tuck them back into the pouch each time I remove the lock. Also, note that you’ll need to insert the lock bottom-up, meaning it’ll be top-heavy. It’s secure enough if you’ve got a standard-length u-lock, but those shorties and extra-long locks might give you trouble.

I was really stoked about the idea of this. Perhaps i should have looked closer at the design. There is no real way to attach it and using the same straps for the lock and to affix it to a rack is pretty useless. It stayed on for less than 2 minutes. Poor design, chincy straps that I am not sure are leather, and no real way to use it. What's the point?

It’s smaller than you think and it dormir stay firmly on the bike you have to keep putting adjusting the straps. It’s cute but it can be design better so it can adjust to the angle of the frame

I have a Bitlock "D" lock and the mounting bracket for it would not fit my bike. This thing fits perfectly on the back plate of a commuter bike and the lock does not rattle at all. The weight of a "D" lock means it will never come out and it is also a lot more convenient than the usual ways of attaching a lock and it saves the space inside the frame for a water bottle.

This doesn't fit my large u-lock, but it fit my husband's small Kryptonite New York lock. He loves it. Looks awesome on the vintage bike.
