Got two, one big and medium sized hunks of horseradish. I am planting but these have very few root material. The big one has none. I would not buy again. I’ve grown it before and these are not great at all. I hope they grow or I’ve wasted my time and money. They might just rot in the ground. Very disappointed. No planting instructions.

Planted them in a barrel early this spring. Both roots are growing...about 8" tall already (April)

If I was buying this for planting, it is probably great as it is sprouting. Unfortunately, I was getting it to make fire cider. The roots arrived in a sealed plastic bag inside a brown mailing envelope. That was okay but the roots themselves were very dirty. Not really something I want to put in a health tonic.
