Will buy more!
Ok! Setup is a little confusing. Luckily, I'm sort of a gadget geek and figured it out quickly. First off, you MUST know that these switches will not connect to the latest wireless AC (5Ghz) wifi.Once all sockets are successfully connected and working, get in the Tuya app and name the sockets (bedroom lamp, living room lamp, etc.).Don't forget to enable the Tuya skill for your Echo device. Then, do the "discover devices" in your Alexa app.In order: install Tuya Smart app. Successfully connect sockets to your network on wireless network (avoid wireless AC - you'll be able to reconnect back to AC~5Ghz afterwards). Rename your sockets in the Tuya app. Get on Alexa app, enable the Tuya Skill. Still in Alexa app, select "discover devices". That should be it. This is how I got my 2 sockets to work as described.Tip, my Samsung S7 phone was set to go to sleep mode after 1 minute. That may be partial problem to my initial setup. Changed it so it would go to sleep mode while it was connecting the sockets tomy network. I think this helped prevent connection failures.

Ultra bright led when is off
If you are trying to save money, forget, this device, when off keep a terrible and strong blue led on! So... Your lights or your connected device is off but the ultra bright led is on. It's so stupid that deserves 1 star.

Easy to set up, works perfectly!
I purchased another brand of smart plug and it would not pair. I am so glad I tried this Wowfeel and didn't give up! It actually paired really easy. You need to download the app and make an account, but it seems like you need to do that with all the smart plugs. (I haven't received any spam or anything since setting up the account.) I entered in my WiFi info and it was ready to go. If you want to connect with an Amazon device, you need to go into the Alexa app to start the necessary skill to connect the plug to the Echo...the step by step instructions are included in the package.I use the plug to run a spinning light to keep my cat entertained while I am gone. All I need to say is "Alexa, turn on the cat light" and Bam! The cat can have a disco party! I can also turn it on and off through the Alexa App.

This plug is great! Easy and convenient!
These smart sockets work great with both the app on the phone and with Alexa echo dot! It was support easy to install and set up. You plug it in, install the app and type in your wi-fi password and you're done! You can turn it on and off with alexa or the app. You can also set up a schedule for when you want it on and off.I have a space greater set up in the bathroom plugged into it. I set up a schedule so it turns on and warms up the bathroom before we get up to get ready. The schedules can be every day, weekdays or weekends or just once. So if doesn't turn on Saturday and Sunday when we don't need to get up early! You can plug in anything from heater's, fans, a cockpot, a light or anything else you want to control through alexa or an app. I think it's great and convenient! So, i am rating this 5 stars because it works great and its so easy to set up! (it also has a spot to plug in a usb cord like for a phone charger!)

Works great with Aexa, easy to setup.
Get the tuyasmart app and make an account. Use an email for the user name. Plug it in where you wish to use it and start the app. The plug will flash with a rapid blue light. On the apps home page there is a device logo at the top with a + sign at the far right side, tap that. Then tap 'plug'. It will search and find the plug then ask you to enter your wifi password. It will connect and at that point you can rename the plug to whatever you want. You're then done with the tuyasmart app. Open the Alexa app, go to the smart home skills tab, search down the list until you find the tuya skill, then enable it. It will ask you to log into your tuyasmart account. After that, tell Alexa to detect devices, she will find your newly named plug and that's it. I found it easier to use the Alexa app to search for the new device, you'll be able to see your plugs name that way and know it worked. I bought two and they were simple to get running, don't use the included directions, they're not very clear. Now I can lean back and turn on all my man cave lights and heater without getting up!

I bought this in March it worked fine but only for for 3.5 months. Today when I tried to turn it on It didn't work work. I was really sad because I did really like it specially for kids room because they always forget to turn the lights off. I wish it had lasted me more then just 3 months...

timer outlet that works with alexa
I an also confirm that it works with Alexa, and with smartphone app. Makes me a little nervous to put my network password into these noname branded devices (maybe I'm paranoid... but I totally believe smartdevices are the biggest security threat out there...) but smart devices are everywhere already Plus I'd rather not have to get up to turn stuff on/off :)Not noted by others... this is also a configurable timer. Using the app you can set on/off times easily. At the price of a mechanical timer, it's a real bargain!
