Only thing wrong is that the power cord is too short also the lamp is set on high maybe could be set on low when you first plug it in otherwise okay also better instructions would help

I am not convinced that they actually work, at the moment it doesn’t appear to make any difference to my mood. Maybe when we get properly into winter I will see an improvement. Here’s hoping
