Will this scale come in calibrated?

Just received my cas sw-5. i keep getting err 1 after turning on. what do i do? everything is brand new and nothing on the platter.

will this scale measure in 1 gram increments? I purchased a similar scale that only weighs in 10 gram increments.

Which one of these scales would be the most accurate in weighing .oz?
