They do what they say. It hold your knee in place and I can do more things now. I waited about a month before I did a review to make sure they're good, and they are good!

Slim and supportive
Knee injury provides stability but still flexible. Only gave 4 stars because I don’t know how well I’d be able to workout or run in it haven’t been able to test out yet due to injury. Will update once I’m able to get back to normal activities.Love the slim fit was able to wear under pants and dresses no one would know I was injured if I wasn’t limping and walking slower.

It’s snug but it really helped my knee. It took the edge off allot. I’m on my feet all day and I did notice a big difference with it on
