USB-C Docking Station, Dual HDMI 4K Monitor Display Ports, Gigabit Ethernet, Micro SD, 2x USB 3.0 with 100W Power Delivery - Silver (DOCK423EU)

I'm using this to connect my M1 Macbook Air to an external monitor, gigabit LAN and charger, with occasional use of the USB and SD card slots. The hub is solidly built with an aluminium housing, looks and feels good quality and should last for a long time. All stated features work as intended with the exception of being limited to just one external monitor. If my information is correct, this is due to a limitation in the chipset in the M1 Air (thanks Apple, serves me right for not buying the Pro). I'm using an ultra wide, so this isn't really a huge issue for me, but something for a prospective buyer to be aware of. I was pleasantly surprised to find this works at 100 Herts at 3440x1440, so that's pretty nice. I imagine if I'd had the foresight to purchase the Display Port model instead (same price) the refresh rate would have been able to go higher, but this'll do for my purposes.

This little unit is great, provides all the functionailty you want, at half the price of others. Only minor complaint is the layout of the cables coming in/out is a little awkward, but not a big deal.

Works well and does what it says it will. Only downside is that it gets incredibly hot, even without using the power passthrough feature. Have stuck some rubber feet to it for better airflow and this has marginally improved it.

Great product & works really well. Simple to set up & no issues whatsoever. Ideal for my dual 27” monitors!

Worked perfectly without any software. Exactly what I was looking for. Able to extend to 2 additional screens

So I've had this for a few months now and when it was working it was almost perfect. I had 2 4K displays running at 60Hz without too much of a problem. The thing I did notice was that sometimes, on one of my monitors there'd be a white line at the top of the screen which moved around at times (see the picture and video). After the annoyance of this wore away I didn't really notice it that much and it did everything else I needed it to for a reasonable price. Now however both HDMI ports have stopped working completely - the rest of the dock works fine but no output from any laptop I try with any cable/monitor. So I'm having to send it back for a refund. Shame as it was almost perfect. Like some of the others say it does get hot at times but I'm not sure if that has anything to do with things failing inside it...

Better than expected

Endlich eine Dockingstation, die auf Anhieb ohne jegliches Treiber oder Kernelgehampel unter Linux (Ubuntu 24.04) funktioniert. Ich habe 2 FHD-Bildschirme und LAN angeschlossen und zusätzlich mein 63W Netzteile vom Handy als Stromquelle. Damit lädt der Laptop, Bildschirme gehen direkt und Netzwerk auch. So wollte ich es haben.

For the price it does more than expected. No complains other than the cable length. Should have been a bit longer

Jag gillar att den har dubbla HDMI och att den klarar 4k - 60Hz på båda. Det är också bra att den släpper igenom 100 W från nätaggregatet. Är lika stabil i driften som en fullstor dockningsstation. Men det är lite snålt med bara två vanliga USB-portar. Den blir lite varm, men det är ju väntat.

Received this product in record time. Order late at night and was delivered by 9am next morning. Product works as expected. I needed the 4k hdmi ports...

El único hub adaptador que me ha permitido tener pantalla dual por hdmi a resolución superior a 1080 con Windows.... De momento funciona genial, un poco caro pero al menos ha resuelto lo que con otros no conseguía.
