SunSun JVP-201 1585 GPH Wavemaker Powerhead Dual Aquarium Circulation Pump

Honestly, I never write reviews. I receive my goods and use them. I purchased this for a fairly cheap price not expecting the quality and and the all-around great craftsmanship that came with the product. I took it out of the package put it together. In about two seconds, put it into my hundred gallon ciclids Aquarium and let it rip And it immediately blew up all the waste that I did not even know was at the bottom of my tank immediately all in all great product for the money

Good product, lots of power. When I plugged it in, it started making a lot of noise. So I took it apart per the manufacturer's instructions that cam with the product. One of the impeller shafts was broken! I just ordered some Aqueon tank glue to fix it because I couldn't wait for a spare part to be shipped with Thanksgiving a few days away and having the family over.

Great product! I originally purchased one a few week prior as a trial. The price was cheap on it and it worked like a gem. The suction cup stays put and it doesn't make a sound. The second one arrived and works just as well. I have these both in my 180 gallon reef tank and the flow is perfect. I recommend these to anyone in the hobby

Not the best due to the cheap suction cup bases. I ordered 3 and one broke during initial installation, second broke when I tried to adjust it in tank after losing suction. That being said, You can't beat the value for what you get. The powerheads have worked great and definitely supply the water movement GPH that is advertised. If the suction cup bases were not so cheaply built it would have been a 5 star. Pay a few extra $ for the magnetic base model and save yourself a headache.

Ok, so for the flow rate this was super cheap. I originally bought it to increase flow to my outdoor pond. It definitely has a ton of flow. After about a month I moved it to my newly setup 55 gallon saltwater tank. Was working great in there until I came home tonight. Wasn't working. I figured maybe something got stuck in the propeller so I unplugged it, took the outer case off to remove the props. Wasn't anything obstructing it. I wiped everything down on it just to be sure , replugged it in and nothing. Will not be buying this brand again.

This pump is awesome! Seller was right of backing it's name on this pump, I chose this pump over the JVP-202. Yes, 202 was a very powerful pump but the suction cups holding it kept on dislocating which obviously cannot hold the pump's power. This JVP-201 though came with a very nice suction holder which also is a very powerful pump that circulates all the water in my 75 gal tank. This blow works great in my tank, the only thing is I wish I would have ordered the one that is magnetic and spent a few dollars more but its so much easier than having this clip on one. The magnetic ones never fall and these seem to fall sometimes and are kind of annoying to deal with. So next time I will order the magnetic one instead of this one.My package was received on time as expected and was properly packaged.

Unfortunately the unit died after 4 months of use

absolutly wonderful for the price.one point is the little pin that holds the pump to the succion cup is a bit weak. so handle it with care.other than that. 100% worth it.

Was in the aquarium less than 24hr. When I noticed that it was not were I placed it. Seems that the pin to hold the suction cup in place fell out. Can't find it in my aquarium. So now it's just hanging by the power cord. Facing down. Quite useless.

We love this wave maker helps keep the fish peaceful in my 200 gallon and really works well for moving all the ways to one side of the tank where the filter is. I would buy it again as we’ve had no issues yet.

Oui ca pousse pour le prix on trouve pas ca nullepart a ce prix la! Elle tiens bien ! Parcontre faut faite attention lorsque que lon bloque la ventouse pour ne pas la briser ! Peut etre un un peut bruyante mais jai polie les hélice avec un peut de papiers sabler pour enlever les morceaux restant du coulage de plastique et voila!
