Great replacement battery, easy to install and long battery life, about the same as OEM.

This has been a great replacement battery for my Dell laptop work computer. I’m once again enjoying 10+ hours of battery life.

Lot's of batteries to order from for my DELL Latitude 5491. Went with this product for the reviews. Order was delayed 1 day due to weather. Item was well packed and even had the little screwdriver compartment. I suggest use a better quality screwdriver. Installation was easy and so far after a few days my laptop is back at peak performance.

We have our laptops on a 4 year cycle at work. After year 4 I usually replace the battery and it goes into a nonessential role in the warehouse. I have bought a lot of batteries on Amazon and these ones seem to be reliable every time

Product worked 1day only but no one responded at the customer service phone number supplied.

I would have to with other reviewers. I have orders their batteries before and never had issues. But for whatever reason this line, I did have to send back the first one before I had no issues with the second. So…yea quality control is a concern hopefully it’s a blip for this manufacturer going forward since I never had issues with their batteries before.

Just wanted to let anyone thinking of ordering this know, the picture (and writing on the battery itself) make it seem to be a 68WH battery, but it is actually only 57WH. Still an improvement over my worn out battery, but I was expecting more capacity than I actually received.

I expect they need to add: screws for battery fixing, some times it is easy to lost these very little dcrews.And, probably, to add the cable (probably on request?)

The batter works fine with my Dell Latitude 5480 laptop but the battery connector is not as solid as on the original battery.

Installed it a few days ago on my dell 5590, working good so far.

Shipped fast. Was easy to install. Works great
