I have no way of knowing weather these are real or not at a glance. They don't really feel like stone. they are very lightweight. They could be clear resin for all I know. There is a lot of fraud happening, on Amazon, with stones, or faking stones. It benefits the company to be very clear about which products are natural, synthetic, man made, dyed, treated, etc. I won't go to these first when working pieces, and may not use them, as I just can not be certain they are stones. They just don't feel like stone.

These are not turquoise as advertised.These are dyed howlite and I can find them locally at every craft store. What I wanted was real turquoise. Don't be fooled like I was.

First of all, these are twice the size they are advertised, especially if I put them next to a dime like the product photos show... My main point though is that these do not look like any rose quartz I have ever seen before. They are very comparable to a dyed blue quartzite bead strand I got from Michaels craft store, this strand being pink instead. I will probably still use them for something else, but I need actual rose quartz for my use. The beads themselves are fine, just not as advertised.

These are 6mm & I need the 8mm...I can tell by the SIZE & WEIGHT of these, that they aren't the right size. And my friend who owns a bead store said that these aren't 8mm at all...😒6.5mm is what these ARE! I do like this stone & these will look cool with my Red Coral...I've still got to find another stone to mingle with the coral & string this entire necklace together....

I admit I tend to have my doubts about ordering such things sight-unseen, online, etc., but in this case our fears were unwarranted. It's a fine long string of colorful chips, varying in size as such things always are, small chips as to be expected with nicer stones. We originally got them for making gem trees at a club meeting and have more than enough so likely will try them for more trees and other crafts. Very pleased. A+++

I ordered the ametrine and got this pale, washed out string of amethyst and clear quartz with a couple citrine chips sprinkled in. It's a cute little assortment but it isn't what I ordered. I wanted the deeper color for this project. I understand that natural stone colors will vary but I didn't expect such a big difference. Photo of the chips between two of my ametrine clusters.

I love the beads, which finally arrived today...but ye GODS, they took a long time to not only ship, but to get here. Buyers, be prepared for a wait.With that said, these beads were worth the wait. Very funky, vibrant & shiny colors, and one strand is a LOT of beads (1 strand easily filled one of the large Elizabeth Ward bead-storage containers). no chips, no broken beads, exactly as described.

I like polished turquoise for some of my pieces but when I was looking for a natural-looking turquoise the photograph I saw on the advertisement fit what I was looking for but when it got home to my house and delivered it wasn't what I expected at all it was too polished. For the peace that I wanted it for. All the stones looked a lot like they didn't have the unique looking appearance looking for. I do order smooth rocks in I could use this on other projects but disappointed that they were so much alike and they were all basically the same size.
