NECA Aliens 7" Scale Series 10 Mantis Alien Action Figure

I didn't know they even had a mantis alien... still this guy was creepy and awesome in all the right ways. Glad to have him displayed right next to my other Xenomorphs.

i love them all im trying to get them all lol i already have 11 i might have a problem lol but they are just soo cool! they all sorts of different ones and colors i even have a pink one:) all the body parts move they are easy to pose and stand up in case as well!

Arrived exactly how it was described, although it's incredibly hard to contain if you don't have a tempered glass tank. If my son accidentally leaves the enclosure open, it tends to get out and sting the dog repeatedly. Make sure that you wear gloves when handling... the acid will eat through your clothing and skin.

This is very fragile due to it's age. Please keep this in mind before ordering. Mine came in perfect shape, as far as the box. I was going to keep it in box but noticed some of the thorn spikes bad broken off. It's old plastic made from awhile ago, but it's held up well. I decided to open it and noticed some plastic had chipped and just resculpted the plastic and used good ol super glue. If you order and it's damaged you can return it, but honestly a little glue and it being out of the box, i like it. It's likely going to break in a move and if have to fix it anyway, seemed odd as it was the thorns mainly on ybe front facing claw but one on the rear. Maybe it was sat on. Either way it's not a bad statue, I only give it 4* for fragile, still had an ultra spawn figure come and it's perfect. Box was destroyed but it's cardboard and was 15 bucks. This is 50 and didn't want to waste has to return it and re purchase it. It isn't very stable sbd very difficult to balance as shown, but it's awesome. I plan on getting the queen face hugger and tbe gorilla. Plus opening it i got to read the little comic. Laugh at how absurd the African American demographic was portrayed in art back then. I prefer spawn, no Nike symbols and everyone seemed normal as far as portrayal and stereotype stuff is concerned, butnit was cool. Very detailed little figure, right size, is toy "action figure" quality but it's nice to look at and I'm loving it sitting next to my sculptures, figurines, statues, and nostalgia stuff. Buy this and the ape, very cool compared to the stuff made when the flying queen figure came out. That one was awesome, my best piece when I was young. Also didn't understand it shouldn't fly into the trees but looking at the flying alien queen it isn't as detailed. This sits next to my cold casts and even my own sculptures and doesn't look out of place. Take it out of the box. I'm a collector and mostly take things out less it's perfect condition so the damage was no biggie. Small stuff, glue fixed it. Can't tell. Really, this likely won't be worth much and you cannot appreciate these things in the box. Have every spawn figure made and all but two out of the box. One is the 12" gunslinger and can't get it out, plus it had the original 30.00 price tag and even the tape is original haha. Falling off and everything. Can still see it. And zombie spawn, because it also looks good in the box. The rest, man they don't make stuff like they used to. The transparent green is great here. Love the claws and the teeth, jaw, and headpiece look fantastic.

My brother saves these things and I said so how does it look. He said it is a heirloom you don't open it. I said well that is pretty stupid. He said no that is how they are. Lol

While the sculpt and overall design is FANTASTIC, the ball joints and swivels are awful. Every single connection point on this figure is loose and wobbly. It is IMPOSSIBLE to stand up or display. Even with supports, it's too heavy and just falls over after some time. I've only hjad this issue with one other NECA figure, and it wasn't nearly this extensive. A quick browse of other customers' experiences with this figure from around the internet will tell you just how bad the joints are; many people are disappointed, and so am I.

This Mantis Alien came broken, but my 7 year old loved it so much he insisted on keeping it as is and playing with it. He considers the broken off tail a second piece to play with.

La figura, sus detalles, están bastante bien. Sus garras pueden estirarse y se ven chulas. Pero como comentan otras personas, es muy difícil ponerla de pie. Las articulaciones de las patas son muy débiles y se cae. Solamente se puede parar apoyandola forzosamente en un brazo. Por lo demás, buena figura.

C'est une super figurine très réaliste avec une jolie couleur. Ses articulations bougent un peu trop mais apar ça c'est impec. j'adore la bd Dark Horse très original et le bébé alien est super. Le coli est arrivé très rapidement bien emballé. Je suis super content de mon nouveaux pote! Pour l'age je dirait vraiment que c'est pour les colctioneurs adultes et ados parce-que la figurine est quand même un peut fragile.

the mantis alien is from the old kenner line the detail on this figure is amazing and looks like the original a great figure for aliens fans it comes with a green black chestburster and the original comic

Ottima action figure! Dettagliata e molto somigliante alla sua controparte originale della Kenner degli anni '90. Consigliata soprattutto a chi vuole ampliare o variare la propria collezione dedicata all'assassino più letale dello spazio. Ho ordinato il prodotto insieme a Gorilla Alien e la consegna è stata velocissima... Neanche 48 ore dopo averlo ordinato è arrivato il pacco!
