Kan Herbs - Zizyphus Sleep Formula 1 oz

I was turned on to this by a friend of mine. I have trouble falling and staying asleep, but a drop of these and I am asleep in no time. Definitely don't want to live without!

I absolutely love this, i take this when I get into bed and it shuts my mind off.

I love this brand so I was hopeful this product would help me sleep better and more sound at night. Unfortunately it made me feel very drowsy and dizzy the next day no matter how little I took. I tried it over the course of a week. Some nights it did help me get much better REM sleep but I couldn’t deal with how awful I felt the next day.

The bottle has a P65 label. I don't know enough about this . It is sitting on the counter while I think about it.I gave it 1 star because of this.
