No directions included but able to figure it out for successful installation

I like how this shelf/towel bar looks in my remodeled bathroom.

I ordered the black one and the wood is a dark purplish black. It's an awesome piece tho so I just went over the shelf with my own paint. Very nice for the money!!!!

I returned. I felt the black industrial pipe was nice, but compared to the shelf it was too heavy looking. Although the quality looked good, just not right for a small bathroom, too overwelming.

Bought this shelf to replace our old contractor grade towel rack. It is the perfect size for the half bath. Love the look of it.

I like the look of the shelf. It fits the rustic theme we're going for. Luckily, I checked out the reviews before purchasing and realized the rustic black is actually brown colored. Also, there essentially are no instructions for installation, so make sure you're at least a little handy.

Really like the design of the shelf and the strdiness wished it would’ve been a little bit wider to sit things on, but it is perfect for my bathroom.

First off, there is nothing “retro grey” about this shelf. It’s more of a light natural color. Second there are no clear instructions, just a poorly copied image that points to an obscure location and says this hole is reserved for the wall. I ended up with extra holes in the shelf that I now can’t cover up (because I have no furniture this color). Third, the black paint on the piping came off all over my hands, so I’m not hopeful it will last. Fourth the anchors included are garbage, use your own if you have some. Fifth it’s jagged on the edge and rough to the touch. I’ll probably end up staining it, if it lasts long enough. In conclusion, I was very disappointed in this cheaply made product. I have other industrial shelves that were comparable in price but of much higher quality.

Simple installation, cute modern farmhouse look! Have gotten a lot of compliments on it!

Easy to assemble looks great in our bath room

I really like this product because of its looks and sturdiness. I'm hanging two heavy carbon steel pans off it so I used 3" heavier duty hollow dry wall anchors. overall I'm really happy with this product!There were two challenges with installation:1) the two 90-degree elbow joints on the hanger rod do not screw on so that they face to correct position. to compensate, I used plumber's tape, which only took a few tries before getting the right amount.2) one of the screw holes on the plates that join the hanger rod to the shelf ended up directly behind the rod making it difficult to get the screw in. fortunately, the wood is fairly soft and I was able to use a short 90-deg screwdriver for that one screw.

Looks good minus all the wood glue showing on all the seams. For the price I expected it to look a bit nicer… photo doesn’t really show, looks worse in person. Will have to add some touch ups to hide it.Priced too high, won’t repurchase

Very easy to install. Preferred not use the plugs and screws provided as the bar is somewhat heavy. Used toggle bolts/butterfly anchors to secure the item.
