It didn't take long for our guinea pig to figure these out, we all enjoy watching him play, well made, very satisfied with this purchase, highly recommend!

Breaks easy
Definitely a cool toy for our piggys but the ball tops to help open the lid broke extremely easy. Also if your piggy pees on it it's hard to clean...

Cute but doesn’t last
My piggies loved finding treats under the little “doors” on these puzzles. However, they broke them off within three days of use, so joe they are basically just chew toys. Great idea, but …

Great! Love it! Amazing! You have to get it!
This is awesome! My Syrian hamster approves! This is an excellent toy to entertain your hamster. In case you were worried about safety, this product is completely safe. I found no splinters on it. There is one problem though: The string attached to the circular disc is not on securely. The string is only tied in a knot on one side, so your hamster could easily pull it out if he/she tried on the opposite side. This happened to me. My hamster pulled the string out and then used it as bedding. I then threaded another string through the hole and tied knots on both sides to make it secure. This worked for a little while... until my hamster chewed the string and put it in her nest again. I replaced the string AGAIN! But not surprisingly... she chewed it and added it to her nest for the third time. So I replaced it again, and decided that if my hamster chewed it once again, it would be okay. So she just kept chewing it, and I kept replacing it. At first, it took a little while for my hamster to figure out how to open these toys. I had to show her how to open them and where the treat was. But after a few weeks, she mastered it. She now opens them quickly and with ease. Now it is no longer a challenge for her to open them. But she still loves these toys and plays with them all the time. I recommend this for hamster and gerbil owners. I think it would be a little small for a rabbit or chinchilla, though. This is an awesome toy.

Expensive
One of the "doors" does not open well and cannot be used by our chinchillas. I like the idea but it wasn't as "enriching" as I would have hoped. It did not take the chinchillas long to figure it out. Wish the doors worked better

Cute and Entertaining
Very cute enrichment toy for small animals. I have a Holland lop and a Giant Fleming rabbit. While they really do enjoy this toy I wouldn’t recommend for larger bunnies like mine, but would be perfect for gerbils, hamsters etc. It’s entertaining just to watch them figure this out, and it’s cheap, get your small animal this puzzle and keep their minds busy!

Love how my hamster can show off how smart he is
I really liked this product because it makes my hamster think to get his treats. The few things I didn't care for is the fact that my hams destroyed the string part where it lifts up in the middle. I found it luckily before he could eat it, but it could be dangerous. I suggest just removing the string right from the start. The only other thing I have issues with is the toy that lifts up instead of turn, for some reason one side doesn't lift up as easily. It feels kind of stuck, but there's nothing keeping it from lifting and it's been that way since I got it. My hams can't lift it up by himself, so I put treats on the side that does lift up. Only design flaws I found, otherwise I really like the product.

They're okay but kind of janky...
I had to reglue one of the flip tops back to its base pretty shortly after receiving. And the sliding tops, one separated from the "pin" that holds it to the toy. So I ended up just having to glue the pin to the sliding top, still falls out of the toy base regularly but at least that little wooden pin is connected and not missing. It's pretty crappily made and smaller than expected. But my French lop enjoys it as enrichment. Just wish it wouldn't have fallen apart so quickly...not like my bun is destructive and throwing it across the room.
