Solut 74557 SBS Paper Take-and-Bake Pizza Tray, 17" Diameter, Black, for 16" Pizza (Case of 150)

We have ordered over 1,000 of these in the last two years. They serve their purpose well and our customers have not had any problems with them. In our experience we have consistently used them up to 450 degree without issue. Our crusts don’t stick to them after cooking and they deliver a nice crispy crust. Highly recommend for the cost.

We have used these trays for several years now for our annual church pizza fundraiser. They work very well & economical to use, as most folks don’t have a 17” pizza pan on hand. Great for this sale!

I make pizzas as a nickel and dime side job. My wife was making pizzas at a cafe and it seemed pretty easy. So my first few were forming the dough on a wood cutting board, transferirng to a steel mesh pizza baking disc, then carefully dropping the sauce and toppings. I can't use the least force, as that would make the dough stick to the mesh while cooking. That was so unpleasant. Then I started looking for the cooking trays and found these. These trays make the whole process easy and certain. I can put my dough on the tray and form it to size, without any worry of sticking after cooking. I can now make "take & bake" pizzas, where that was impossible when all I had was the mesh cooking disc. I started with the 16 inch pizza trays and have since made some with the 12 inch trays. They are both great. Obviously, you need to watch your costs, but I highly recommend these trays.

The SBS Paper Trays worked very well. They are a good weight and the size is perfect for our application. We had previously had problems finding a tray that was a workable weight and price, but this item fits the bill in all categories.

It does exactly what it is supposed to do.
