This works! My husband needed to change my battery in my truck. My battery didn't have a lifting strap and would have been a pain to get it out of there! This little tool works as described for easy lifting. We may only use it a few times, but what a back saver it is! It was easy to grab the used battery, toss it in the back of the truck to take it back to get our core deposit back. It is made of aluminum so it is light weight and it is simple to use.

My son only has use of one arm. He always had to ask for assistance when removing our ride on lawnmower battery for the winter. This is perfect! He can remove and replace battery independently. I wish I found this sooner.

Good carrier, solid and strong

This has proved to be an invaluable tool to use to lift the batteries on the mobility scooter. I can move the batteries safely and securely using this tool. Easy to just toss in the car along with the scooter.

Bought this to replace an old one that was falling apart. Works very well and the handle is comfortable for me. Far better than the old one. I don't use it that often but, it serves its purpose well. No slippage to date. Used by me and my friends with no complaints.

Grips a car battery like it should. Makes it easier to carry one without built in straps. I do think the scissor style one might be a better design. This one has to be adjusted to the size of the battery and you need to make sure it does not slip out of the notch before applying tension weight other you might drop it on your foot.

Does the job just as good as any other. This one doesn’t have rivets to dig into the battery.

Bought this to remove batteries from a 2015 Silverado 3500HD Duramax. The battery on the passenger side is very tight to get at. This battery lifter worked great, made removing and installing very easy.

Really nice, easy to use, reliable and sturdy, would buy again.

This tool will safely remove and install automotive batteries. Follow instructions before using. Well made tool.

Works good

This works exactly as advertised seems well made as well. However the lisle tools scissor version is 20x better. I purchased both to compare and I'm gonna just keep this as a backup. This would work better for car mechanics with a tighter battery compartment though.
