I was a ski technician for several years. I now tune my kids ski's for their races. I have 3 pairs of Slalom skis and 3 pairs of GS skis that I tune weekly. These brushes are awesome!! Huge time saver to get high quality results. The brass brush does wonders with the power of a drill behind it to really get the bases prepped for waxing. The other two brushes produce professional results. Really impressed with quality of the brushes as well as the handle. Highly recommended.

so much easier than manual brushes. A couple of things to note - I don't think there are instructions on the proper sequence of brushes. So - use the copper brush to open the structure before (and sometimes after) waxing. Next use the horsehair (black) and then the nylon (white) for the final polish. Some other suggest the nylon was used before the horsehair, which with these brushes is incorrect. Also the handle does have a quick release which I found by accident. Have fun and happy times on the slopes.

Will save a great deal of time in waxing skis. Just make sure to go over the ski quickly and not be stuck in one stop or you will leave ridges in the based. I just wish that this this thing had a cover (Like the Swix model) over the brush to keep the wax from flying everyone.
