Yes, it does. I have one of these dust bags that came on my DCW210B 5 IN. CORDLESS RANDOM ORBITAL SANDER . I just purchased a DCS571B 4 1/2" Circular Saw and it locks right onto the dust adapter that came with it (Dewalt AirLock Connection). You probably will have to empty it fairly often on the circular saw because it is a fairly small bag (about 2" diameter x about 3" long - inside dimensions). The circular saw will produce a lot more dust than the Orbital Sander. I am going to order one of these to keep with my DCS571B 4 1/2" Circular Saw for small jobs and will use a Dewalt DWV9000 UNIVERSAL QUICK CONNECTOR with my DCV580H 2-Gallon Cordless Wet Dry VAC for larger jobs.

I am not sure but I will tell you what I did. I went to my local LOWE's and found my circular saw and took dust bags from other tools and tried them. well I found one that fit perfectly and got the part number and ordered it from amazon.first I called dewalt and they told me they don't have anything that will fit as you can see I didn't give up.
