Works flawlessly!!!
Works seamlessly with windows 10. Drivers are downloaded automatically if you are connected to the internet. Just make sure to turn off the bluetooth before plugging out the device, otherwise it may cause BSOD.

WINDOWS 10 USERS PLEASE READ TO FIX BLUE SCREEN ISSUES
If you are having problems getting this to work with Windows 10 it is due to broad comm and windows driver conflicts. Hopefully these issues are fixed in the future I can't really say much about it I'm not a software engineer, however this is what you need to do to fix this.1. go to device manager by pressing the windows key on your computer and typing in "device manager" uninstall ALL blue tooth drivers you have currently and restart your PC.2. Install the sound bot drivers from the included mini CD (yes it will work in your full sized DVD player. or install directly from sound bot's website.3. after instillation go to control panel (you must go to the standard control panel (look to screen shot for reference if you are on the new windows 10 uninstall programs it wont be there) and click on (uninstall a program) go to the W section everything here is alphabetized. You are looking for Widcomm Bluetooth driver in here right click on it and select uninstall restart your computer.4. press the windows key and search blue tooth settings and pair your devices you are good to go from here. Now for the actual review the only reason I put 5 stars here is so my review can be seen.1. The device functions properly, however the seller has said nothing about these issues or posted this work around that is just bad business. Not technically the manufactures fault, but the engineers issue at broadcomm for not fixing these incompatibilities with windows 10. What that means is that this manufacturer sells the broadcomm chip and put's it in a usb package for you to use in your computer. they did not create the chip themselves or create the blue tooth stack used in windows 10 they unfortunately can not control these issues. Bluetooth quality2. the audio quality connection is not quite as good as my nexus 6p or Samsung 4K smart TV, however it is functional and is not that much different. other devices such as phones or game controllers should not have this issue (your not playing audio from them). If you are planning on using these primarily for sound look elsewhere audiophiles.3. Ease of useabsolutely a terrible experience I was hoping for a plug and play experience, but you see how that turned out above. what is worst Soundbot has not directly addressed these issues from what I have seen. there should be a HUGE disclaimer on this product description that it is having software issues with windows 10 currently and a work around should be posted.4. SummaryIf you are not tech savvy I recommend to pay extra for something that does not need tinkering to get working. all in all the product is functional after 30 minutes of troubleshooting driver incompatibilities, but the average users would not know what to do.2/5 stars should not be advertised as plug and play when it is definitely not for some users.

Easy to install and use
Plug play so it was a breeze, on Win 10.Finding it difficult to configure built-in microphone on Bluetooth headset to work though.

Use of Bluetooth dong with personal laptop
I purchased a cheaper dongle from PC World which did not work at all well.I sought advice and looked at reviews and clearly i had to spend more money on a dongle in order to use blue-tooth devices specifically a sound bar/speaker. To date I have spent a lot of time trying to get the dongle to work consistently with blue-tooth devices. I have re started my laptop a number of times, removed and replaced the dongle several times and also reinstalled the dongle software. At one point I even lost the icon for the dongle from the control panel. Yesterday i seemed to achieve a degree of success and used the dongle to play music through a remote speaker using blue-tooth consistently. Yes the best result would be to buy a new laptop with blue-tooth installed but I am not prepared to do that yet. I did expect the blue-tooth device to work more consistently. It has more than a previous cheaper device I bought. One observation was that having researched dongles I purchased this one on the basis it was compatible with Windows 10. However when it arrived by post (ON TIME) I noticed that there was no reference to Windows 10 on the packaging. My delay in using the device in effect was in case I returned the device for that reason. However inside the packaging there was reference to compatability with windows 10 much to my relief. Despite this using the device and trying to connect up( or pair) windows 10 decided there was a problem on an number of occasions restarting my laptop which was not what I wanted or anticipated at all. I wanted a device just to plug in and play!Clearly I hope that the device will continue to work well...time will tell. In summary YES I like the dongle at the moment but with reservations.
