The massage is rough, for sure, but it does wonders to loosen and relax the tight muscles in my neck and shoulders. I can't imagine a $75 massage at a spa being any better than this. When my back is sore from overuse, I lay on my stomach and have my husband place the massager on my lower back then turn it on. This provides a more gentle massage plus heat for pain relief.

I didn't expect too much ,but when I receive this massager and found that I should buy it earlier! My baby loves me to hold him everyday , so my back and shoulder usually sore and painful .This massager works slowly and powerful that really save my life . Sometimes during I use this massager I even fall asleep ! It touched softly and warm , which make me feel calm . And I also use it to massage my leg for I walking a lot everyday . This product is very high quality n comfortable. I really like it because you can use on different parts of your body neck, shoulder, back, waist, abdomen wherever you like . I think it worth my money.

This is a very effective massager, it reduced my neck pain! I purchased it last week and have used it every day. The different speed modes help me with deep tissue massage. The heating function is my favorite. With heat, the massager is even more comfortable. It can further massage the fatigued muscles. What's more, it can also be used for my back and shoulder, so it worths the money. So far I like it very much and would recommend to anyone who has a neck/shoulder/back pain like me.

I wasn't sure the device would stand up to everyday use, especially since I tend to push hard against the rollers, but I was pleasantly surprised how strong they are. Even when I use the rollers between my shoulder blades while leaning against the back of the sofa, they never seem to struggle. And they always manage to find the spot that hurts the most. Very pleased with this purchase.

I'm going to be completely honest my back is seriously messed up. The first I used this thing it worked so deeply and throughly that my back hurt for a week from having all my knots removed. There was one that I had that I went through years of physical therapy to try and get removed.This thing in combination of the heat and the circular motions have virtually removed all the knots in my back.

Tried it a few times and had to give up. It needs to be charged and it's a hardwire attached. Not strong enough and not flexible.

I was skeptical at first on what I was receiving. I am happy with what I received. I've had stiff neck for over 5 years, used this for the first time and it felt like I discovered massagers too late. I really love how you can control the pressure of the massage by pulling the straps as you desire. This thing can go DEEP!

I like it very much. Actually I bought this for my mom’s birthday as a gift. She like it very much. Great exercise massage her back, reduce back pain help her relax. Very easy to use and good quality. For the price worth to buy.
