Great beginner shoes
As a beginner to bouldering, I tried about 10 pairs of shoes before finally finding the one that fits. I normally wear 10.5US, this one was a fit at size 12. Unlike other brands the same size, which were either too tight or too loose in certain spots, this one turned out to be a perfect match. Tried it in action and it met my beginner expectations very well. It broke in quickly and was actually so comfortable that I didn't have to take them off between climbs.I used it indoor twice a week for a year going from 5.9 to 5.11a and from V2 to V4 before the toe on the right shoe finally ripped in a spot where the sole connects with whatever you call the top part of the shoe. To me, that's excellent quality. I have moved on to the more aggressive set of shoes but will keep these for simpler outdoor climbing. These are great shoes for beginners!

Bought as a Beginner
Heads up.. I wear size 10.5 on asics/nike brand sneakers. I bought size 11 and they would not go on. Size 12 was a perfect snug fit with my toes just curling down. After breaking them in they have been a perfect fit for 2 hour sessions.

Great starter shoe
I bought these shoes about a year ago, and they lasted a year before getting a hole near the thumb-toe. From my understanding, a year is fairly good for climbing shoes. They aren't the best shoes in the world, but they are excellent for only $100. They allow you to climb almost anything. I highly recommend these to friends all the time!

Hard to size
Size your shoes in store and consider buying there. Climbing shoes are tricky and expensive.

Perfect tight fit!
I'm a typical Chinese with wide feet, US8 (EU 39 to 40, measured 255mm).I brought size 9 mens.Fitted tight without or with thin socks. Just to note, it's fairly tight, which is nice to feel the surface. Not those comfort tight that may 'slip' when you are on your edges.Hope it last and may soften up after more use.

A little loose over the foot
I consider this a good beginner shoe for the price point for use in a climbing gym.Good fit on length & width. The downside is a poor design of the velcro strap that does not allow you to pull it snug

My first pair of climbing shoes!
For one, love the color! The quality is there too, the straps can be tightened easily and the material is sturdy.I know these are not the most advanced shoes, so shoot for the 150$-250$ shoes if you want the UTMOST BEST performing shoes. These shoes are so much better than the rentals at Movement (previously earth treks) gym. These shoes have helped me to go to the next level of climbing.People in other comments have mentioned these shoes are “slippery” and I’ve definitely slipped in them but oftentimes I will have chalk on the bottom from the ground.I haven’t tried the other shoes so I can’t say if these shoes are more or less slippery than similarly priced shoes, but I can say for sure they are not nearly as slippery as the rentals in any capacity.
