Hachez Strawberry Pepper 77% Cocoa

Well, I must say that after reading the description for this product I was really looking forward to trying it. First off, the fragrance of strawberries was very strong and it is one of the most unusual flavors I have ever experienced. In the long term, however, I found the green peppercorn flavor to be overpowering and I did not want to go back to have more chocolate since all I could think about was the green peppercorn. Hope this helps. It is definitely interesting and worth trying once, although I won't buy it again.

Where are the *orange*-flavored Hachez bars? That was hands-down my favorite chocolate bar, ever. Used to be able to buy a 10-pack for $5/bar -- a perfect gift for coworkers.I didn't enjoy this particular flavor combination (strawberry pepper). But, maybe other people like the combo. Since I can't submit an opinion without giving it a rating, I'm going to give this a "neutral" 4-star rating.

Got as a gift for a latin american who loved the item and it tasted great. I recommend this highly.

I found this chocolate incredibly aromatic, with flavors that I could not get enough of. I all I need to do is just open the protective foil, take a deep breath, and I just want to grip that heady aroma forever! As to the flavor, I'll just let a square melt as slowly as possible in my mouth, to drag out the exquisite pleasure of this deliciously exotic yet perfectly balanced chocolate creation. I highly recommend this to chocolate lovers.
