Within few days of taking this capsules ,my periods restarted which was so irregular or rather I had not got them for months. It regulated my periods which was a great relief..this is my second month and I do see positive changes.

I was diagnosed with PCOS at age 21. Before that I didn't even know the reason for my acne, chin hair, and great hair loss. I was an active kid but while growing up my schedule changed to having less to no activity. Because of which I always thought maybe I have gained too much weight that's why I am having all these problems. It's only recent that I figured out I was suffering from PCOS when I consulted a doctor. Before My monthly cycles were never regular but I never bothered. I thought it was ok and it will be fine the next month.The doctor put me on hormone therapy which made my cycles regular only of I took the pills. While I was using those medicines my weight increased from 55 to 60kg in a month and it has only increased after that. I had become borderline diabetic and would get episodes of sadness, anxiety. I felt like those medicines were solving one problem but in the long run it was harming me, it was making me dependent.I heard about PCOS Management by Unived through members of a PCOS help group. Many of the members were using it and getting good results, I spoke with one of them in detail and then decided to give it a try. It’s important to note here, that I first stopped all my meds and gave my body a 10 day flush out, before starting with this product.I’ve completed one full bottle (30 days) and am now on my second bottle of which I’ve consumed 10 days, so all in all 40 days of being on this product. I’ve taken the product as they have suggested, 4 capsules daily. For me, I took 2 caps post breakfast and 2 post lunch.Here are my observations & experiences1. Between days 15-20 I began noticing changes in my emotional health. My mood swings were slowly reducing, I was beginning to feel a little happier than usual, and thereafter as they days have passed, I’ve found that I am just in a very different (better) place, mentally & emotionally. I’m happy.2. I got my first cycle on day 29. This has NOT happened for the longest time.3. My first & second day are usually very painful, and I’m in a terrible mood. This was not the case this time. The days were manageable, I was in control, I was moving around and felt a little ‘normal’.4. Between days 30-35 I’ve started noticing small changes in my acne. I haven’t had any new breakouts for two weeks (which is rare), and my existing acne has started drying out (which is expected, but not so soon).5. Hairfall – I totally forgot about hairfall! I’ve just remembered it now, while writing this review. Hairfall has reduced to the point where I haven’t felt it was actually a concern, I guess, since it hasn’t been on my mind lately.Apart from this, I also feel more energetic. I’m not sure if more energy is due to the product, but maybe all the other positive changes that I’m experiencing have contributed to my body just feeling better and more energetic, and more positive.In the past, I’ve tried the &me PCOS tea’s, but even after 3 months of regular consumption, I never experienced the type of changes I’ve seen with this product in just 40 days.I’ve taken the time to write a detailed review, because this product has been a game changer for me. It’s changed my life. I am now confident that I can get my PCOS symptoms in control. This literally works wonders.In my case , I was TTC .I started this on the 7th day of my cycle and I conceived the same month! I had irregular periods and I wasn't able to track my ovulation due to that. When I started these supplements , I ovulated exactly on the 14th day. So if you're TTC , do give it a try. I had read a lot of positive reviews and glad I did try this (Upon my gynacs recommendation)

I have had irregular cycles for about 6 years now. Nothing has worked for me, not even a good lifestyle. I had high hopes from this product but unfortunately it did not live up to my expectation.My main objective was to get my cycle back on track. Initially, I did see some minor weight loss which I have never seen before but it stagnated in 2 weeks. The worse part of this medicine was when I wanted to order a 3rd bottle just to maintain that 3-month course, Amazon delivery date was quite late and I would have had a 10-15 day gap. 2-3 days after I stopped taking these capsules, I felt dizzy and weak to the extent that I was unable to perform day to day activities. It didn't work for me but maybe it does for you. Please talk to a doctor before taking these supplements.

I have been using this for a month now. I definitely have more energy to do things. Earlier I used to be half dead with no energy to do anything. I have repurchased it. Will update you guys after trying it out for 2 more months.
