Amazing customer service!
I have a couple pisugar products and all have worked great. Recently I did have an issue with one of them, so i reached out to their customer support team, not really expecting much, I was greeted with swift and polite responses, in a few email exchanges, the customer service rep had a completely new unit shipped out to me. Iv used other products to power different projects, but I will solely use PiSugar products from here on out, they are reasonably priced, fairly straightforward to operate and mount, they have an excellent GitHub repo and on top of all that, the customer service is excellent!

Perfect for Zero w
Quality is solid. I haven't implemented it into my project just yet so I'm currently going off first impression only here for now: Board is nice and thick and designed well. There's 2 "earth" magnets that hold the battery onto the board. They're fairly strong and I'm slightly nervous about sticking a Pi close to them lol. It came with a card with .stl file location for an enclosure you can 3D print if you have one which is neat. Seems like a good build and packaging was top notch. I'll update after using with any code or whatever. I'm enthusiastic after checking it out.

You aren't going to find better for this price. I tried. Go ahead. You try too. You'll see.
I bought this for my Raspberry Pi Zero 2 W. I am working on a project that requires the device to be mobile and this fit what I needed. Small size, small profile, big battery life (for the size anyway). The setup is extremely simple. Line up the pogo-pins with the GPIO pins, tighten all four screws from the Pi to the PiSugar, connect your battery, turn it on. I expected to have to go get drivers, modify some stuff, buy extra pieces. Nope. Everything you need is right here. Now I will say that if you have a HAT involved in your build, this might cause a slight frustration as far as the screws, and good luck finding a case that fits this properly at a good cost, but that is the fault of others and not this device. My only REAL gripe with this thing is the cost. It is extremely worth it, and I'm going to buy more so it obviously isn't super high but when you consider that the cost of this is more than the Pi Zero 2 W itself, it kind of changes things. Again, it is EXTREMELY WORTH IT though, just a hard pill to swallow when you're clicking that "Place Order" button is all. Anyway, time to add another to the cart.

Only works as a UPS not worth it for the money. Go with the PiSugar 2 or 3 for your project.
Only works as the bare minimum of a battery. Spend a little more for the 2 or 3 for a lot more features and better battery life. It’s exactly as described, but not worth it for the money. I returned it and got the pisugar 2 for just a few more dollars and I’m way more satisfied with the functionality. Both are easy to setup, but I strongly suggest upgrading.

It seems to be working fine
When I first installed it I realized that it needed time to charge before fully working, so I allowed it time to do that. Then I unplugged it and relocated it to the location it is still in now. The Pi 0 W stayed up and running just fine. There has not be an interruption in our electricity since then, so I can't say how it is doing. The Raspberry Pi is still up and running though. This model does not have the ability to detect when the battery is low and properly power down the Pi. If you need that feature, then order the other one. I am hoping that my power is never out for that long.

Great addition to Raspberry Pi Zero 2W
I’ve been running Bjorn on a Pi Zero 2W for a few months, and this battery UPS keeps up. It screws onto the back of the GPIO header without any soldering, lights up green when charging and blue when running, it stays cool even during long usage without fans. Tip: If the Raspberry Pi doesn't power on for you when after assembly, try disassembling it and scratch off some solder insulation from the rear of the Raspberry Pi.

No Power, No I2C communication......no good!
Not happy at all with what I got. First and foremost it doesn't power on and even when plugged in (to the correct charge) the status light doesn't come on. Secondly NOWHERE in the description does it say that it does not support I2C communication and can only detect whether an external power source is connected. That is a crucial piece of information to let buyers know for a product like this.

Great backup/power for RPI W
Portable power for RPI W, works great. Pricey, but does exactly what it says it does. Fits perfectly.
