So GLAD you asked! This FURTHER lets me know that ALL of the bad reviews are likely from people such as yourself. People that either genuinely don’t know how to read well or are developmentally delayed. The instructions are listed with the item photos smh. Sure some US towns still live in 1976 & use an ungodly amount of paper for things like instructions; whilst more developed places have realized the extraordinary benefits of having something like instructions posted on the product page, online. Hopefully you didn’t leave a bad review, due to user error :-/

Q: does it come with an adaptor to fill with water?

I don’t know how people are so confident, when they give out wrong answers. 1- the instructions are pictured with the item photos. 2- an adapter is NOT needed to add water. You simple read and follow the instructions 😌
