Great service
HWC went out of their way to make sure this arrived for a Xmas gift. This was for a foster kid my sister was caring for and his life is hard enough without watching the other kids open presents when his hasn’t been delivered yet. My original order was either lost or destroyed during the royal mail strike (which I support) but HWC sent out another one with no questions asked and got it here on the 21st, with time to spare.Edit: the “lost or destroyed” item arrived on 12/30. It was intact. I am assuming that the problem was related to the Royal Mail strikes that took place during Dec 14,15, 23, and 24.
