Came duller than my $5 cheapo Chinese skiving knife
I've never been so disappointed with an order before. I was so excited to receive my new fancy skiving knife, and it finally came and it's duller than my cheapo knife that came in a beginners leathercraft kit. I was debating if I should try to have it professionally sharpened but now I'm worried that this isn't even a real Vergez Blanchard knife so I'm going to return it and complain to Amazon about this seller.

It's not sharp from the factory. It's not supposed to be.
To the review that says it's dull... These are not meant to be razor sharp from the factory. If you don't know how to sharpen a knife, here's your chance. If you invest in a mid level tool such as this, your review shouldn't be about how sharp a factory edge is, but rather the tool itself.These are great for the sub $100 range.
