Alright straight to the point, I am 5ft 8 inches tall & I weigh 280.2 lbs. Yes I'm a big woman, but i like to think my fat is [mostly] in the *right* places. It really does help! I walk 1 to 4 miles every day, it really just depends on my mood. I still eat whatever I want, but I have 1 heavy meal either for break fast or lunch, & then small snacks the rest of the time.For the price I am R E A L L Y IMPRESSED!
