Works Great!
This mug warmer is just what I needed.Unfortunately, the original one I received had a problem where it changed the mode every time I put down my mug, even though I'm not touching the switch. So I ended up in returning it, but the company still contacted me and sent me a replacement. The new one works perfectly! It keeps my coffee warm all day.Although when the cup is full, it only keeps it "warm" and not "hot," considering you are only heating the bottom of the cup, that's understandable. When the cup is about half-full, it does keep it hot, so the heat is just escaping from the surface.I definitely recommend this to anyone who wants to enjoy a warm cup of beverage all day at your desk!

Defective / non-functioning after less than 3 months
I've had this for less than 3 months. Even with light use only on the weekends it is no longer working. When it did work, it was only about ~20% of the time. Have tried to contact the seller via website but have not received a response. At this point I am considering disputing the credit card charge.

Excellent customer service
We have been using this warmer for months now and it is working great. When we first received it, the unit was working properly, but the coffee was not being kept hot. We were not using the lid, since mugs we were using were too large to fit. We returned it being not satisfied. We heard back from Andrea concerned about us not being satisfied with product. She advised us to use the lid For it to work properly. She sent us another warmer and this time we used mugs that fit the lid and itâs been working great since. We love the product and appreciated the excellent customer service. I would definitely recommend this product.

Itâs alright
Not my favorite mug warmer, you have to have a completely flat bottom mug for it to work properly. I thought I would like the âno edgesâ but it actually makes it to where your mug can easily slide off & spill. I do like that it came with a silicone lid for your mug but itâs pretty small so you can only use it on a small mug, I ordered bigger ones. I also purchased the Mr Coffee brand mug warmer for $12 at bed bath & beyond & I use that one instead of this one. It has edges so my mug stays in places & the mug touches the metal that heats up so it keeps it hotter & it works on more types of mugs, a flat mug works best but Iâve used other ones that arenât flat & they work too, I ended up buying the Mr Coffee mug warmer for my mom, grandma, & mother in law because I liked it so much. I like that this one has different settings & temperatures & that it turns off automatically if there is not mug on there or after a certain amount of time but I still think the Mr Coffee mug warmer works better & itâs cheaper. The Mr Coffee mug warmer just has an on/off switch so there is no settings or anything but the point is to heat your drink up & it just does the job better. Just my opinion.

Not consistent in it's functionality
I have been using this product consistently from Sep - Dec 2022 M-F. I *wanted* to love this product so much but in the end, the lack of consistent functionality would not let me, in good conscience, leave a higher rating.First the good:1. The heating levels work as advertised. The hottest level is HOT. It certainly kept my coffee hot for as long as I wanted it.2. The auto-off function works as advertised - great safety measure. Now the bad:1. While the capacitive-touch functionality to enable the heating levels and turn the device off is in principle a great idea - especially in terms of the visual design, there are times when it takes simply too many tries for the mechanism to respond and at times it skips a level to the next lowest level when it does so. This is just too annoying.2. There are times when simply placing a beverage on the platform automatically activates the heating/cooling level w/out any need to touch the device. This is completely random. While a "clean" or "elegant" design is usually appreciated, in this case I believe the company should re-design the product to use a simple mechanical button to cycle through all the levels. Leave the auto-off safety feature in place of course, but the extra time and nuisance factor of having to either get the device to respond to capacitive-touch correctly *every single time* or to not randomly enable a level by simply placing a cup on the platform makes this a product I cannot recommend to others. Makes me sad, but I have to report my experience in this case. Before anyone asks. Yes, the device is being used flat on my desk, no intervening wires under it or interfering with it. Yes, I have unplugged it and plugged it back in several times throughout the 4 months - no change in behavior. No, there is nothing preventing the switch actuator on the bottom from working correctly. It moves up and down freely whenever a beverage is added or removed from the plate.

Control system is flawed
When this product works, it's great, with very appropriate Hot, Medium, and Warm temperatures. Unfortunately the brain controlling this thing has a mind of its own, and it shifts between temperatures without prompting, and often simply turns off, well before the 8-hour limit. As others have noted, just turning it on can be frustrating, needing to poke and prod at the control button a dozen times or more before it senses your touch. If that were the only flaw, it'd be tolerable, but things get worse from there. Once on, the device seems to randomly decide what temperature it wants to heat your beverage to, often shifting between Hot, Medium, and Warm multiple times before settling on one, usually not the Hot that I'm after. If I adjust the temperature back to Hot using the control, the game starts again and the device cycles its way through the temperature settings until it picks one. Even when it picks one, it doesn't stay there long, often changing settings again after a few minutes.Great idea and simple design, but the flawed control system makes this too frustrating to use.

It actually works
I gave it as a gift and am told that it works well, flat bottom mug or not. I tried a couple of other brands prior but ended up having to return them. I am thrilled that this mug warmer looks nice and actually works.

No support. đ€
The media could not be loaded. Â This is a tricky review.Essentially, I liked ......no I LOVED the product. It kept my tea at a beautiful hot, yet very drinkable, temperature.However............I don't know if it was the gravity switch or the onboard circuitry, but it took me a few days to realise that there was something wrong and it wasn't me & "user error"The temperature indicator would CONSTANTLY cycle through the 4 states (beeping every time) with random patterns. I followed all instructions exactly but nothing changed. Often settled on the coolest or "Off" setting. Not good.Wrote a note to the vendor through their website contact form and repeated it with a direct email to their customer service email address 8 days later. That 2nd outreach was 8 days ago.To date, zero response to either message.Love the product, design, feel etc. etc.It just doesn't work reliably.

For what this is $60 is overpriced
Had this for several months now and didn't start well. This thing stunk, literally for the first 2 dozen uses. Noxious chemical odour. They did offer to replace it or refund, but... I kept with it. Finally can now use it without the odour. However, the heating area is just a little bigger than a quarter and it's way off center. Additionally, the "glass" surface is gummer up, scratched, whatever you want to call it and it won't clean off. If you are going to get this make sure you have a FLAT mug.

Touch control VERY INCONSISTENT!
This warmer is frustratingly difficult to control. When I place a hot tea on top and press the button, nothing happens initially. I try repeatedly, but it's hit-or-miss, with maybe a 10% chance of it responding. When it finally does detect the touch, it beeps and the LED turns on, but the default color is blue, not the red hotter setting I prefer. I have to cycle through the settings by repeatedly pressing the button, which takes between 10 to 20 touches to reach the desired temperature. Sometimes, it skips a setting or responds inconsistently, beeping once but advancing two steps, or cycling LED colors without beeping. It's very frustrating and inconsistent in its operation. If also turns off long before the 8 hours is up.If it wasn't a few hours hike to the mail box to facilate the return it would have gone back soon after it arrived.
