Straightforward
I was looking for an inexpensive laptop for a local church Sunday school, one that would allow them to access the internet (mainly YouTube) and be bright enough for a small group to watch. Can't fault it. Battery life is such that different leaders can take it home to prepare lessons without needed to carry the charger as well (but could use any USB-C charger as a backstop). Many folk only use their laptop for email and the web and this does that at a really good price. Also, being Chrome, does most of the hand-holding for inexperienced users.

Just great
Great little laptop, cheap, quick, just no frills . If all you want is Web access I wouldn't look any further

Excellent item
Works very well. Has a Kensington lock (which I wanted but wasn’t clear on advertising)

Good product but
I was under the impression it was a touch screen as per the description. Sadly it isn’t . I had the option to return it but decided to keep it . It does the job for the price .

So far, very impressed
Was going to buy a Windows laptop to replace my very old Medion one. After a little research of what I was to use it for, I took a look at Chrome laptops. Long story short, bought this one and very happy indeed with it. Does everything I could do with a Windows laptop. I use it for browsing, looking at photos, email and Word (which I use the online version free) - and general everyday tasks. It is not, of course a game machine or a video editor, etc, but seems to do just about everything else. Battery life is great and for the price it just feels an all round product.

Battery won't charge - do not buy
When I initially received this item (just over 2 weeks ago), I was thinking this is great - it has a solid sized screen and for the price I paid, was fully fit for purpose. When it was fully charged, it would last for AGES so I was very optimistic. However, as of a couple of days ago it refuses to charge with either it's own power adapter that it comes with, or with any USB-C charger as that's where the power supply comes from. The one exception being an external battery pack that I have...everything else it just refuses to charge. It'll even tempt you by flashing orange when you connect to the charging point but then turn off the charge immediately.I'm going to try testing other charging techniques but as it stands right now, I'm thoroughly disappointed with a battery 'life' of 2 weeks, even if the charge lasts a good while in constant use.*EDIT* - When I bought this 3 months ago, it was £50 more expensive and "on sale"...in addition to my previous review, I had power charging sources that light up / display when they are charging. When switching from something that clearly charged to this, the display shuts off. It's not worth the money as you'll need to replace it soon...
