Good construction, mediocre sound, confusing listing
I bought these speakers for my steam shower which is a very harsh environment due to the steam and high moisture exposure. Some sources on the web claim that most standard ceiling speakers are inherently sealed and can be used in a steam shower, but I wanted to be sure they would hold up. I looked at marine grade speakers, but they do not have the hardware to mount in a ceiling. The list price is ~3X-4X the price of an equivalent standard pair of ceiling speakers. I ended up buying them for about half of list price from Amazon Warehouse.First off the listing is very confusing as to which color the speakers are (Black or White). In the title, the part number listed is for white speakers. The description also references they are white. The photo is black and in the technical details section they list the black P/N on one line and White on another. I really needed white speakers but decided to take a chance and order these due to the lower Amazon Warehouse price. I received a pair of Black speakers, so I decided to paint them. I first roughed up all the surfaces with 180 grit sandpaper then used a high quality enamel spray paint. The speakers painted very nicely and look great in my steam shower. Hopefully the paint will hold up over time in the harsh environment of a steam shower. Now for the performance. I have a whole house audio system and most rooms have 8" ceiling speakers with a few 6". These speakers are 4" and do a pretty good job of filling the small shower space with sound loud enough to hear even when the steam generator is turned on (it can be very loud). The quality of the sound is mediocre (not too surprising for a 4" speaker). I would have been very disappointed had I paid full list price. The construction quality looks pretty good and they do appear to be well-sealed. My only other beef is the wire terminals are cheap lugs, all the other ceiling speakers in by system use push terminals. I ended up soldering my wires to the lugs which is a better connection anyway. The bottom line is if you you have a very wet environment and want to be 100% certain not to have any issues the choices are very limited. Construction quality on these speakers is decent, sound is mediocre. If I had to buy another set at full list price, I would probably take my chances with a high quality standard speaker.

Let's clear up the confusion - Listing is for white Color - sound quality is better than expected
Listing title is incorrect, there is no Aromasteam Oil included here. Branded "Mr Steam" and not a recognized speaker manufacture, we were skeptical at best. Upon receipt we immediately hooked these up to a pro rebuilt Sansui QRX-7001 quadraphonic receiver for testing. The results were actually impressive. A couple notches above mediocre for sure. We had to know the sound quality prior to tile installation. The specs call out a 5.5" cut out in the tile, so if you choose these particular speakers, your'e committed (we couldn't find any other ceiling speakers, water resistant or not that called out the same 5.5" cut out). Most are larger. So after 2 nights of cranking them up with Jeff Healey, Jimi Hendrix, The Cream, Lance Lopez, Pink Floyd, Allman Bros, Lynyrd Skynyrd, ZZ Top, etc and much more in the same vein, we concluded these Mr Steam little bad boys will install in our $30k steam room.
