There's no option to choose the size? So what size is this for?

This is a 16 fl oz bottle. Sorry our description doesn't say that so we are working with Amazon to update it and make it clear.

why does a crunchy substance develope in the top of the bottle after the first use?

The short answer is that when the lime sulfur liquid is exposed to air (oxygen) the sulfur in the solution tries to crystallize into solid. If you put the bottle in warm water the solid will dissolve back into the solution.

Does anyone know how much sulfur is in this (what the concentration is)?

No I don’t but it definitely in there smells awful
