Nice little ukulele, sound good and looks nice. A lot of comments mention that this ukulele does not stay in tune, well guess what, new strings need time to settle in before they will stay on tune, expect to tune this ukulele a lot specially during the first week, eventually it will stay in tune. This is normal.

I was very impressed with the quality of this, as I was expecting a toy. No, this is not a concert-ready uke. It IS, however, perfect for a young, rough and tumble kid who is really interested in music. For under $20, and the fact that it comes with a case and extra strings, it was definitely a good purchase. It holds a tune and the tuning pegs are decently constructed. The body is solid and sturdy. The sound is not terrible, but does not have any richness - as expected. The neck is straight and it comes with two sets of nylon strings. I puke recommend for a child as an introduction to stringed instruments, or for an adult who would like to try a new hobby, but might not be sure about their ability to invest the money or time into one.

I Absolutely love this! I got all the pieces, but my only complaint is that the strings get out of tune really quick; after one song, the uke's out of tune. It's an easy fix because I can just tighten the screws on the back, but it would be nice if it came already tightened properly.

The body feels a bit cheap and the sound isn't perfect, but you get what you pay for. Overall, nice little kit for a beginner. Note that the "lessons" are online, not an booklet.
