Funny. Great to read before picture day. My first graders really enjoyed this read.

Love, love, love this book. Might be because the main character might just live in my house and call me mom, but even if you don't have a curly haired certain someone with bad hair days, this book is laugh out loud funny!

Perfect for parents to read to their kids with a touch of theatrics. That is, the reader needs the theatrics, the book lends itself to that so easily. Very enjoyable story. My girls asked for it again and again. So much fun!

A friend who teaches pre-school recently recommended Margie Palatini so I bought several of her books for the grandchildren and the kids love them.. They are fun reads that are well illustrated and keep a 1 1/2, 3 1/2 and 6 year old entertained. I guess the true test is that they ask for the Palatini books over and over again.

I bought this book to use as a mentor text this year. Cannot wait to use it in my 5th grade class

I choose this book to read to my 7th grade writing classes. It has so much figurative language in it and I wanted to see if they would recognize it. We then took the concept of hair and America's obsession with it and turned it into a writing prompt for an essay.

It is what it is, a book. It was purchased on a recommendation and is being used in the classroom as a tutoring aid.

Looks a fab book. Shall be giving it to my grandaughter for her 6th birthday. I am sure she will love t.
