The whole thing comes in indivual balloons, so you have to blow each one up and then tie them all together. Half of them were partly deflated by the time I finished the whole thing. The little flaps where you tie them together and hang it up are flimsy and a few of them ripped, so we had to improvise to get it hung up. It's super cute though!
