Until We Meet Again

I would like to give this book 4.5 stars. The first couple of pages, maybe the first chapter was a bit off-putting for an older person but once I got into the rhythm I thoroughly enjoyed it. It was a lovely plot and wonderfully romantic without being overly sentimental or cloying. The end was not as I expected but just the way it had to be. I think Ms. Collins has a future in story-telling. She may never write the Great American Novel but she knows how to write a Very Enjoyable Read.

Cassandra is bored with her summer vacation, until one night when she meets a mysterious boy on the beach. He's cute, charming, and from 1925. Now, the summer just became more interesting. This is a sweet summer romance with a nice twist.

Romance, mystery, time travel...this one was different than other time travel romances I’ve read. But I thoroughly enjoyed it. The romance was both sweet and passionate. I didn’t want it to end but couldn’t put it down until I reached the last page. And that ending. It made me *sigh* and want to cry at the same time.

I bought this on a whim and the truth is, I was (and always am) skeptical about gooey romance stories - I mean, another romance, haven't we done this before - how good can it be? Well it was INCREDIBLE!!! I seriously loved this book. It was fresh and witty and the characters feel very real. The story line has just enough magic to transport you, but leaves you wondering who you might meet out on the beach someday ;) I don't want to give away too much of the story, but lets just say READ IT! I don't usually "review" things - but this was review worthy. Buy it and I promise you'll be up all night! LOVE!

One of the best stories I've read in a long time. It captures your imagination page after page after page, and keeps you spellbound with action.It's one of those stories I'll think on for a long time to come.

I'd heard about this book and though the premise sounded contrived, I absolutely LOVED it. Well written and intriguing, I read it all day long until my eyes crossed. Not contrived at all--instead unique and fantastic. Loved loved loved it. Passing it on to my teenagers...and anyone who wants a fun read.

Time travel fans gather round!Alright, this book won't hit your top five or six but it is a worthy addition to theTime Travel genre.OK, nobody goes very far, being confined pretty much to a beach, but this storytakes an interesting premise, where 2015 girl, Cassandra, meets 1925 guy, Lawrence.But they can only meet on this particular beach in Massachusetts. Once they leave thebeach they both separate and return to their own particular time slot.With a nice dose of family intrigue from 1925 and a good few helpings of teenage angstin 2015, the story has more than enough interest to keep the pages turning.As a love story it works very well, and although at times it gets very close to 'mushy',it never quite steps over the line.Yes, I liked the story, and the ending was just about right.
