Of all the different sleep aid products I've tried, this one seems to work the best for me. I go through periods where I either can't fall asleep or manage to fall asleep, only to wake up a few hours later and can't fall back to sleep. I find I only need one of these capsules even though the recommended dosage is two. One is more than enough for me and helps me get the sleep I need.

I have battled with sleeping problems for 15 years. I've been on Ambien for years. Then sleep aids with Benedryl. Melatonin has never worked, and years of waking around 1-2am and not being able to get back to sleep for hours, only having to get up at 5am. I was VERY skeptical of this product, but I am sleeping a solid 7 hours every night. If I do wake up in early hours, I am able to get right back to sleep. Honestly, its a bit unbelievable with my sleeping problem history. I would be shocked if it didn't work for you. No side affects, no taste, just take with a full glass of water.

These work fantastic, but unfortunately they worked so well i had to dial it back to 1 because I was waking up drowsy.

I have been using this product for about 6months now, and am very pleased with the results. Every night I take 2 capsules, and in about 20 minutes, I am sound asleep. I do have to say, I don't get a full straight 8 hrs, I wake around 3 am. THe rest is a sound and solid sleep, I enjoy having wonderful dreams, which they say is important. My wife is a big advocate in L-thamine and Gaba, and Ashwaganda, and I really feel the calming effects it has on my days.I will continue using this product, and feel it's worth purchasing and using if your sleep isn't the way it use to be

I've always struggled with falling asleep, especially with the amount of stress I deal with daily. I've tried various sleep aids, both prescription and over-the-counter, and this one has been a good addition to my routine. It doesn’t knock you out instantly, but it helps you achieve deep, restful sleep, which I really appreciate. So far, I think it's worth it.One thing I didn’t like, though, was that I found three half-filled capsules in the bottle, which seemed a bit odd. Other than that, it’s a solid product, and I’ll continue using it.
