This is extremely good at what it does. I wish I'd bought one decades ago, and some for my family and friends too. It's astonishing for this price.I agree with the reviewer who suggested beginning the process with it upside down.When I grate "aniseed" in it, the holes are fairly large, so some larger lumps may fall into the container.But otherwise, it's fabulous, buy one now.I'm very glad I did.Does anyone know what to do with aniseed please? I've no idea at all.

It could be a bit nicer to twist feels a bitloose but apart from that does what it says

Grinds herbs easily, even larger pieces, it feels strong and sturdy and is suitable for daily use. My partner uses it daily too :-)

I needed a small compact herb grinder to grind up the lemongrass herbs that I use in my herb vapouriser which needs the herbs to be ground down as finely as possible. This pink laser etched herb grinder is so pretty and feminine and is small enough for me to take in my handbag wherever I go. This herb grinder is metal which means it is going to last for such a long time as it is so sturdy. I love using this pretty pink herb grinder for my lemongrass herbs and it produces a fine enough powder that fits perfectly into the chamber of my herb vapouriser. I can highly recommend this grinder due to its sturdy composition and it is just so attractive and feminine.

Let's be honest, this is intended for one specific 'herb', although you can use it for other dried herbs in cooking. Amusingly, most of the reviewers who grabbed this free don't know what it's for or how to use it. Nothing unusual there...I can't comment on, nor have I used it for any 'recreational or theraputic' purposes My review covers only the quality of workmanship.It's very nicely made. Mine is anodised pink, with a sylised rose engraved in the top. The top attaches very firmly with a magnet so you won't lose any of your precious herbs.There is also a fine mesh and a Kief Catcher section underneath. If you know what it is, you know what it's for. You're not supposed to grind dried herbs so furiously that they fall through the mesh as powder. That's NOT what it's for...Nice herb grinder. Well made, pretty and the lid fastens securely.

This is absolutely amazing quality.This Grinder is so good for grinding herbs. I have tried with black pepper. Sometime in cooking I make fresh masala. It required grinding small amount. This is not possible with the blender.These day I have cold and I am using it to make masala chai and it works perfectly.
